Heartkind Home Veterinary Care

In-Home Pet Euthanasia, Hospice & Senior Pet Care in Snohomish County

Kind care, from the heart:
Gentle, in-home veterinary care focused on comfort, quality of life, and peaceful goodbyes.

Dog receiving in-home veterinary care services.

I provide in-home euthanasia and supportive veterinary care focused on comfort and quality of life for aging and seriously ill pets. This includes quality of life consultations, senior pet care, hospice, and palliative care, all offered with a gentle, unhurried approach in the comfort of home.

I serve families throughout Snohomish County and northern King County, including Everett, Marysville, Lynnwood, Edmonds, Kirkland, and surrounding communities. Many families reach out unsure if it’s time to say goodbye, while others are looking for guidance on how to support their aging or ill pet. Wherever you are in that process, I offer calm, unhurried care focused on comfort, dignity, and peace at home.

Our Story

A Gently Approach to In-Home Veterinary Care

I work with families throughout Snohomish County, the greater Seattle area and surrounding communities to help ensure comfort, dignity and peace during times of serious illness, aging and end of life.

Whether you are navigating difficult decisions, seeking guidance for a senior pet or preparing for a gentle at-home goodbye, my goal is to offer calm, unrushed care in the familiarity and safety of home, supported by over a decade of experience and certification in hospice and palliative care (CHPV).

Supportive In-Home Care for Senior Pets, Hospice, and Quality of Life

I provide in-home veterinary care focused on comfort and quality of life for aging and seriously ill pets.

Rather than asking families to choose between different types of visits, I offer a single appointment type besides in-home euthanasia: a Quality of Life and Care Consultation. This allows us to meet your pet where they are and tailor the visit to their needs.

Care may include quality of life consultations, senior pet care, hospice, and palliative support, all offered with a gentle, unhurried approach in the comfort of home.

A Quality of Life and Care Consultation is not required before scheduling in-home euthanasia. Families are always welcome to reach out directly when they feel ready.

How Do I Know if it is Time?

Many families find themselves wondering if it may be time to say goodbye, and it’s not always a clear answer. Changes in mobility, appetite, comfort, or daily habits can be subtle at first, and it’s completely natural to feel unsure.

You don’t have to navigate that uncertainty alone. A quality of life consultation, either in-home or virtual, can help you better understand what your pet may be experiencing and explore options to support their comfort and well-being.
