Heartkind Home Veterinary Care provides in-home veterinary services for senior pets and families navigating serious illness, end-of-life decisions, and changes in quality of life. Care is focused on comfort, dignity, and guidance, with visits provided in the familiarity of home.

Services are offered thoughtfully and without rush, supporting both pets and the people who love them.

In-Home Euthanasia

A gentle, peaceful goodbye at home.

In-home euthanasia allows pets to pass calmly in a familiar environment, surrounded by those they love. Each visit is unrushed, respectful, and centered on your pet’s comfort and dignity.
All pets receive sedation to help them feel relaxed and comfortable. A clay paw print and fur clipping are included with each visit.

*Base service price does not include cremation or additional travel fees.

Hospice and Palliative Care

Comfort-focused care when cure is no longer the goal.

Hospice and palliative care support pets with serious or terminal illness when the focus shifts to comfort, symptom management, and quality of life. Care is provided in the familiarity of home, with guidance and support for families throughout this stage.

Quality of Life Consultations

Guidance when you’re facing difficult questions.

Quality of life consultations help families think through changes they’re noticing and explore what comfort, support, or next steps may be appropriate. These visits are especially helpful when you’re unsure what to do or want perspective before making decisions.

Virtual consultations for new patients are limited to general guidance and education.

Senior Pet Consultation

Supportive care for aging pets.

Senior pet consultations focus on comfort, mobility, and day-to-day well-being for dogs and cats as they age. Together, we review your pet’s health, discuss changes you may be seeing, and develop a thoughtful care plan to support quality of life.

Cremation Services

Cremation services are offered as part of aftercare following an in-home euthanasia appointment. Options are discussed with care and at a pace that feels right for each family, with the understanding that decisions do not need to be rushed.
